Job Description

Exxon Mobil Corporation is looking for Recruiting Coordinator to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media and job boards.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits packages.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate data and interview results.

Job Requirements
