Role Overview: As a Customer Service Recruiting Coordinator at our company located in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards. Your role will involve prompt response to queries from internal or external stakeholders, taking ownership of reporting work, ensuring compliance to all the reports, handling inbound calling or international voice processes (B2B or B2C), maintaining all documentation/tracking up to date, and conducting call audits efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards - Prompt response to queries from internal or external stakeholders - Take ownership of reporting work in the process - Ensure compliance to all the reports - Handle inbound calling or international voice processes (B2B or B2C) - Maintain all documentation/tracking in the applications up to date for the processes - Conduct call audits efficiently in onshore connects/communications Qualifications Required: - Fresher or 0 to 6 months of experience in customer service - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Any graduate (except B.Tech and BCA) - Postgraduates not required - Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word Additional Details: If you are interested in growing your career with us, please send your resume to skakkar@peoplescout.com or contact us at 8077360738.
