Note: This role will be reporting directly to the Project manager - India.


  • Ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (only Non-IT, majorly into - Sales, along with other roles like , Finance, HR, Corporate functions, manufacturing (accountants, plant heads), Legal & Compliance, regulatory affairs, etc.).
  • Ensuring exceptional candidate experience maintaining Korn Ferry vales and standards at all times.
  • Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers (corporate office + plant site), ensuring exceptional stakeholder management (internal & external).
  • Strategizing recruitment & hiring processes in consultation with the hiring managers, thereby acting as the first POC for all hiring requirements.
  • Is able to handle sourcing activities at an individual level to cater to multiple openings using various sourcing channels and job boards.
  • Able to manage on-site teams of recruiters in India, if required.
  • Defining and communicating individual and team metrics.
  • Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles.
  • Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client.
  • Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets to deliver a successful output.
  • Provide market insights to hiring managers on the client's side wrt factors like - geographic conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks, etc. thereby acting as a talent consultant/partner.
  • Maintain highest data integrity within reporting over critical metrics and maintaining process excellence.


Qualifications & Requirements-


  • At least

    5+ years

    of Recruitment experience supporting

    Manufacturing clients (sanitaryware would be a plus).

  • Experience in hiring for

    Non-IT roles like - majorly Sales roles (75%) along with other commercial as well as Corporate functions roles , HR, finance, regulatory affairs, Marketing, Legal & compliance, supply chain, plant heads, Logistics, R&D, etc.

  • Demonstrated success in both a recruitment delivery capacity as well as team management experience within the in-house Recruitment / RPO / Agency would be preferred.
  • Experience in

    team management

    guiding/mentoring/leading at least a 3-5 member team.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • An ideal candidate must be

    able to handle a high volume hiring demands of at least 100-120 open requisitions/roles annually along with his team (predominantly Sales roles

    hiring).
  • Should be comfortable

    travelling to the plant site (twice a month) for catering and managing plant based hiring needs.

  • Strong verbal and written

    communication

    skills

    skills, someone street smart to handle plant managers too.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a logical approach interpreting the numbers and an impeccable business judgement
  • Strong with

    interpreting data & reporting various metrics
