Position hiring for: Recruiter - Financial and Legal domain Location: BKC, Mumbai Experience: 2-4 yrs in recruitment Preferred Immediate joiners only WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and oversee Treelife's hiring process. This role is responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with business leaders to understand and identify talent acquisition needs and opportunities Manage all aspects of talent acquisition including identifying selection criteria, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in cooperation with the hiring manager. Managing end-to-end recruitment process Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for the key roles Develop and implement strategies to attract passive talents Manage cooperative relationships with external partners REQUIREMENTS: 2-4years of Talent acquisition/recruitment experience Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels including, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, IIM jobs and networking Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Strong track record and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Creative, entrepreneurial, open-minded, and high passion for technology Strong influencing and consultative skills combined with problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Additional brownie points?
