Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates and assess their suitability for the role.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
