Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of our growth, leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions such as Sales, Academics, Product, Marketing, and Technology. You’ll collaborate closely with department heads to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a high-ownership role where your ability to source smartly, move fast, and think strategically will directly shape the strength of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.

* Drive the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.

* Build and manage talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and more.

* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and smooth coordination.

* Track hiring metrics and maintain accurate dashboards for reporting and optimization.

* Contribute to employer branding efforts and help position the company as a top choice for talent.

* Support onboarding and handover to HR for seamless integration of new hires.

What We're Looking For:

* 4–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience (preferably in a fast-paced EdTech or startup environment).

* Strong exposure to hiring across multiple functions (Sales, Product, Tech, etc.).

* Excellent sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* A proactive, organized, and data-driven mindset with a passion for people and processes.
