Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs for B2B-focused positions.
Develop and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional network
Screen and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and experience in B2B environments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding in collaboration with HR.
Maintain talent pipelines for future B2B hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Requirements:

25 years of recruitment experience, preferably in
B2B or bulk hiring
.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Proven ability to hire for sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, or professional services companies
Strong network within B2B industries.
Data-driven approach to hiring decisions.
