Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for lateral hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from posting job openings to making offers. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Consulting). Strong understanding of bulk hiring, interview coordination, salary negotiation, shortlisting, sourcing profiles, talent acquisition, talent sourcing.
