Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from

sourcing and screening to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple industries
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define job requirements and recruitment

strategies

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and employee

referrals

  • Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and external clients
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and support candidates through the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment trackers and systems
  • Generate regular reports and updates on hiring metrics and progress
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal hiring standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in non-IT recruitment (experience in sectors like BFSI, FMCG,

Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics preferred)

  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions across varied functions
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities using platforms such as Naukri, Monster,

Shine, and LinkedIn

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a staffing agency or RPO model will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
