Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with excellent communication skills and proven experience in hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate should understand the cultural and market dynamics of GCC countries and be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and coordinating end-to-end hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.) Source and screen candidates for white-collar roles (Sales, Admin, HR, etc.) and blue-collar roles (Technicians, Drivers, Helpers, etc.) Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess candidate suitability Maintain and update candidate database and pipeline Work with internal ATS and job portals (GulfTalent, NaukriGulf, LinkedIn, etc.) Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and visa requirements Support onboarding and documentation process for selected candidates Requirements: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with focus on Gulf/Middle East hiring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience hiring for both white-collar and blue-collar roles Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms used in GCC Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of visa types (employment, freelance, visit-to-work transitions) is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with RPO or staffing agencies Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory What We Offer: Competitive salary package Exposure to regional hiring trends and global recruitment practices Career growth and training opportunities Dynamic and supportive team environment Show more Show less
