Job Description

About the Role:

Sourcing of high-quality candidates for our clients across roles in some, or all of,Operations, Analytics, Technology, Product, SaaS, Cloud native & other related sectors
Working with the existing team, the client and the candidate to turn the perfect applicant into the perfect new joiner
Utilising a variety of sourcing strategies to ensure thorough outreach to find the best candidates
Nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse avenues and backgrounds
Own RPO operations from start to end for our clients
Use different sourcing strategies to drive high output of 10-15 joinings per month

Skills & Requirements:

3+ years experience in Talent Acquistion, with knowledge of RPO operations, organizational structure, career progressions, talent management methods & connections with personnel
Understanding of different roles in the industry; with knowledge of high-performance culture & hiring standards
Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building and negotiation skills
Ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engage them throughout the process
A good storyteller by nature and can represent the vision of employers
