You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across various departments. This role is critical to ensuring we build a workforce that supports our growth and vision. ey Responsibilities Recruitment (60%) Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview rounds Manage candidate communication, feedback, and database updates Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding procedures Maintain recruitment dashboards and track hiring metrics HR Operations (40%) Support day-to-day HR activities including employee documentation, onboarding, and induction Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and employee record maintenance Help coordinate HR events, engagement activities, and internal communications Support HR compliance, audits, and reporting tasks Contribute to process improvements in HR workflows Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured HR environment Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setup Familiarity with HRMS or ATS platforms is an added advantage Why Join Us?
