Total: Person having experience of at least 2-3 years in Quality Control, Incoming, In process inspection in pressure vessels Manufacturing unit. Basic knowledge of Technical documentation like QAP, IPR, Deviation log, Re work instruction, Welding plan, Weld map, Welding inspection, Welder qualification, Instrument calibration record, NDT, Radiography/ X-ray film viewer, Basic knowledge of Stainless Steel material composition, Physical & Micro testing. Pipe and Tube inspection for Visual, Dimension, Tensile, Hardness, RB, FB, Micro, Macro and ED current test / Hydro testing.
