Job Description

  • Understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Draft and update job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, and walk-ins.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely feedback from interview panel.
  • Maintain candidate trackers, MIS, and recruitment reports.
  • Handle offer negotiations within company guidelines.
  • Coordinate offer roll-out and follow-up until joining.
  • Support onboarding & documentation of new hires.
  • Conduct reference checks and complete background verification.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for allocated positions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company data.
  • Support employer branding activities.
  • Collaborate with HR/Admin/IT for new joiner requirements.
  • Adhere to recruitment SOPs and TAT timelines.
  • Suggest improvements in hiring process and sourcing methods.
