Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social networks, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews while ensuring clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to final offer and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate records, track hiring metrics, and follow company hiring policies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide timely updates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline with strong communication skills, good sourcing ability, and prior recruitment experience preferred.
