A Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization's staffing needs. They serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1 - 2years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience recruiting for a range of roles (technical, non-technical, or industry-specific depending on your needs).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsable to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to evaluate and improve recruiting strategies.
  • High emotional intelligence and a keen eye for identifying talent and cultural fit.
