Job Description

2 yearsRole & responsibilities:

A Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet an organization's staffing needs. They serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree
1 - 2years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Experience recruiting for a range of roles (technical, non-technical, or industry-specific depending on your needs).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsable to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to evaluate and improve recruiting strategies.
High emotional intelligence and a keen eye for identifying talent and cultural fit.
