Role & responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Sourcing Candidates : Use various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates. Screening & Interviewing : Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture. Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and desired candidate profiles. Job Postings & Market Research : Create and manage job advertisements, ensuring they are attractive and aligned with the job requirements. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on talent trends. Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact to job offer. Talent Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings. Reporting & Documentation : Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate status, interview feedback, and hiring outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Strong Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interviewing Skills : Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates to assess both technical and cultural fit. Experience with Social Media Recruiting : Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards.
