Job brief


We are seeking an experienced recruiter specialised in hiring for diverse engineering roles to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent specialised in engineering. You will closely work with the leadership to gain a role understanding and then to ensure smooth and efficient sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes for the right talent.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is excited by the challenge of building high-performance teams.

Required Skills


  • Proven experience in sourcing for engineering roles.
  • Experience using modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to create compelling job descriptions and talent outreach strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both passive and active candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver results in tight timelines.
  • Experience in conducting behavioural interviews for mid-level to high-level experienced individuals.


Desired Skills


  • Experience recruiting for high-tech organisations, preferably aerospace, defence or robotics.
  • Experience in campus/university hiring strategies.
  • Adaptability - Ability to learn/flex and adapt to changing business needs.


As a Recruiter, you will:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
  • Partner with leadership/hiring managers to understand candidate requirements, define sourcing strategies, timelines and drive hiring projects.
  • Define candidature with the hiring managers (behavioural and technical) and conduct HR interviews, analyse the candidate on HR parameters, as well as department requirements.
  • Collaborate with the manager on the candidate feedback and give recommendations based on parameters defined mutually.
  • Drive the interview process, including scheduling, coordination, and feedback collection from hiring managers.
  • Track HRMS on pipeline movement.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage.


Degree and Experience


  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Master’s

    degree in Human Resources, Master of Business Administration, or management-related fields from tier-1 institutes.
  • Preferred - Bachelor's in Technology.
