Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting candidate assessments, and making job offers. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. Additionally, the Recruiter will ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate fit
Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with hiring managers and candidates
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
