Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire IT professionals.
o Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,
networking events, and referrals.
o Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for roles.
Collaboration:
o Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create
detailed job descriptions.
o Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive salary ranges.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate
experience.
Candidate Engagement:
o Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
o Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
Market Research:
o Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitive hiring practices.
o Use market data to advise on hiring strategies and improve recruitment
processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and
candidate sources.o Analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.
