Job Description

Designation: Recruitment Specialist


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation
  • Organizing interview appointments
  • Taking telephonic & F2F interviews.
  • Minuting interviews, meetings, and discussions
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
  • Organizing or conducting reference checks
  • Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities
  • Assisting with general office admin
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Participate in organizing company events.


Requirements and skills:

  • Experience in HR role
  • Experience in Recruitment for both IT and Non-IT
  • Immediate joining required within weak for HR, Sales and BDEs
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Good communication skills & eye for details.
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or similar field.
