Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting salary negotiations and facilitating offer closures. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions while maintaining a superior candidate experience. This role demands strong interpersonal, analytical, and coordination skills along with hands-on experience using HRMS/ATS tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, salary discussions, offer rollout, and onboarding handover.
  • Proactively source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments and ensure alignment with business requirements and culture fit.
  • Drive salary negotiations with candidates in line with internal benchmarks and business budgets.
  • Prepare and release offer letters, track candidate acceptance, and coordinate pre-joining formalities through HRMS/ATS systems.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in HR systems and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Share regular updates and dashboards with stakeholders on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to enhance talent attraction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, sourcer or talent acquisition specialist.
  • Strong command over sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and end-to-end hiring management.
  • Experience in salary benchmarking and conducting offer negotiations.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and hiring best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
