You will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates for healthcare roles across the UK market. Key Responsibilities: Source, identify, and connect with potential candidates using our internal database. Match suitable candidates to healthcare vacancies based on skills and availability. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Achieve and exceed individual recruitment targets and KPIs. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Communication: Must be fluent in English (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills with a target-oriented and self-driven approach. Comfortable working in UK business hours (12:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
