Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare staff through various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for various healthcare roles.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and employers, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
Job Matching: Match candidates with appropriate job openings, considering their qualifications, experience, and preferences.
Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet the necessary legal and regulatory requirements, such as immigration and professional qualifications.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions, updating the recruitment database as necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers are welcome.
Pursing undergraduates can also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is a plus.
