Job Description

Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate sales agents.  Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and sales targets to drive property sales.  Performance Management: Monitor sales team performance, provide coaching and training, and ensure agents meet sales goals.  Market Analysis: Analyze real estate market trends, identify new business opportunities, and build client relationships.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.  Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and sales forecasts to inform business decisions.  Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate regulations and ethical standards.  Required Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, often with prior leadership experience.  Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is often required.  Skills:Strong leadership, management, negotiation, and communication skills.  In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.  Expertise in client relationship management and customer service practices.  Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
