Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and channel partner network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through partnerships, client conversions, and event-based engagement. This role requires extensive travel, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead a team toward achieving ambitious sales goals. Key Responsibilities1. Channel Partner ManagementIdentify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key channel partners (brokers, IPCs, real estate consultants, and investor networks). Conduct regular partner visits to strengthen trust and ensure consistent engagement. Train partners on project USPs, pricing structures, and latest inventory updates. Track partner performance and implement incentive or loyalty programs to boost sales output. 2. Client Acquisition & ConversionMeet prospective clients introduced by channel partners and drive end-to-end deal closure. Develop tailored investment pitches aligned with client profiles and project benefits. Maintain a high conversion ratio by managing objection handling, site visits, and follow-ups. Ensure post-sales satisfaction to generate repeat and referral business. 3. Team LeadershipManage and mentor a team of Sales Executives / Assistant Managers. Set clear sales targets and performance KPIs for each team member. Conduct weekly reviews, sales training, and pipeline tracking. Foster a collaborative environment focused on consistent revenue achievement. 4. Event & Networking InitiativesPlan and host channel partner meets, investor previews, and property showcases in coordination with marketing and operations teams. Represent the company at industry expos, networking forums, and local real estate events. Curate experiential events that strengthen the company’s brand visibility and partner trust. 5. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain structured reporting for leads, partner activities, and conversion metrics through CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign alignment and lead quality assessment. Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing shifts. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven record in high-ticket real estate sales and channel management. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage teams. Comfortable with travel and flexible working hours. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages (preferred). Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects preferred.
