About Us:At The Sales Inc., we’re not just an agency — we’re a creative and sales-driven marketing lab. From viral reel campaigns to high-impact brand stories, we’re building content engines for brands across real estate, education, D2C, immigration, and more. We’re now looking to bring onboard a full-time in-house Video Editor & Videographer who can bring visuals to life — from shoot to screen — and isn’t afraid to experiment with transitions, motion graphics, AI visuals, and Blender-based 3D elements. What You'll Do:Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content (reels, ads, interviews, lifestyle campaigns, product shoots, podcasts, etc.) Use After Effects for motion graphics, animation overlays, and advanced transitions Use Blender to create basic 3D animations and product/environment simulations Sync voiceovers and add dynamic text overlays, kinetic typography, and sound effects Incorporate AI-generated visuals and stock media where needed to enhance storytelling Collaborate with creative leads, writers, and social media team to plan content calendars Maintain a quick turnaround while preserving high aesthetic and brand standards Software Proficiency Required:Adobe Premiere Pro – Core editing software Adobe After Effects – For motion graphics, animation, text effects Blender – For 3D modeling, product animations, environment shots Adobe Audition – Audio cleanup, voice mixing (preferred) DaVinci Resolve – Color grading (preferred but not mandatory) Adobe Media Encoder – For export optimization across platforms Equipment Experience:DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon/BMPCC preferred) On-set lighting (LED panels, reflectors, ambient control) Gimbals, tripods, sliders Audio equipment: lavaliers, boom mics, external recorders Basic shoot planning and set organization Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But Great to Have):Familiarity with Midjourney / AI visual tools Knowledge of YouTube formatting and hook-building Experience in shooting & editing real estate / lifestyle campaigns Ability to work with voiceover-based video formats (no face on camera) Who You Are:2+ years of experience in video production (agency or brand side) Strong portfolio across reels, edits, product videos, or short films Obsessed with aesthetics, rhythm, and clean transitions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment Open to experimenting with new formats (AI visuals, 3D assets, stock remixing) Working Details:Location: Mohali, Punjab (office-based role only) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM CTC: Based on experience and portfolio strength Joining: Immediate preferred
