Real Estate Sales Executive

with strong expertise in high-value property sales and a deep understanding of both Indian and international real estate landscapes.

Role Overview

This is a

pure performance-based role for the first 6 months

, ideal for self-driven professionals with a proven track record in selling premium properties. You'll be responsible for driving property sales in

Dubai and Gurgaon

, managing end-to-end client relationships, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads for luxury properties in Dubai and Gurgaon.
  • Pitch investment opportunities to HNIs and NRI buyers through meetings, calls, and virtual presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from first contact to deal closure, documentation, and handover.
  • Provide market insights, ROI analysis, and property comparisons to clients.
  • Stay updated on real estate regulations, pricing trends, and upcoming project launches in both markets.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with exposure to both Dubai and Gurgaon property markets.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-ticket property deals (₹1 Cr+ or USD 500K+).
  • Strong personal network of HNIs, NRIs, investors, or real estate brokers.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment without fixed salary (initially).

Compensation & Growth Path

  • First 6 Months: 100% performance-based (no fixed salary); high commission per deal.
  • After 6 Months: Option to transition into a fixed + variable model, based on performance.
  • Potential to grow into a Sales Head or Regional Lead role based on target achievement.
