The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about available properties. Conduct property site visits and follow up with clients to close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Negotiate property deals and ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
