Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through various channels (calls, referrals, social media, and walk-ins) Handle inbound and outbound calls for property inquiries Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to execute sales campaigns Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems with client details and progress Assist clients in completing booking and documentation processes Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or customer handling (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms Qualification: Graduate / HSC Pass Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome) Language Preference: English, Hindi, Marathi
