Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to clients in their property buying, selling, or leasing journey. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws, real estate market trends, and pricing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote property listings and sales campaigns. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and relevant documentation to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as a Sales Executive in real estate or a similar sales role. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent understanding of the real estate market and local area trends. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with digital sales tools is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Key CompetenciesSales-oriented mindset with resilience and persistence.
