Civil Site EngineerPosition Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, ensuring work quality, monitoring progress, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects within timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site execution. Monitor and manage manpower, materials, and equipment on-site. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to resolve technical issues. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones. Ensure timely execution of work within allocated resources and budgets. Support project managers in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and work schedules. Handle quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures and inspections. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
