JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum 3 + years work experience in handling residential apartment projects.
Good knowledge in marking as per plane.
Recording of M-Books, based on periodical process, corelate with drawing based Bill of Quantity
Orientation to labour on quality/speed of work.
Monitoring progress and quality on a daily basis.
Quality of good in finishing work. Monitoring progress on site management.
Labour and sub contractor maintenance. Safety practices during construction.
Site Order book keeping and maintenances
Language speaking - Hindi, Tamil ,English
Salary:- starts from ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Accommodation :- provided near by project
