Pls call and send Resume at 8939840404 Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation and Budgeting: preparing cost estimates for construction projects. create and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within set limits. Cost Control: Monitor and track project costs during construction. Assist in cost analysis and suggest cost-saving measures. Tendering and Procurement: preparation of tender documents. evaluating contractor bids and selecting suppliers or subcontractors. Contract Administration: managing contracts with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. reviewing contractual terms and ensuring compliance. Measurement and Valuation: Measure and value work done on-site to prepare interim payment applications. prepare valuations of completed work for payment processing. Site Visits and Inspections: If need Attend site meetings and conduct site visits to monitor progress and costs. Ensure that work is carried out according to contract specifications and standards. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of contracts, correspondence, and financial reports. Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management. Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery surveyors in project decision-making.
