Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
• preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
• create and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within set limits.
• Cost Control:
• Monitor and track project costs during construction.
• Assist in cost analysis and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Tendering and Procurement:
• preparation of tender documents.
• evaluating contractor bids and selecting suppliers or subcontractors.
• Contract Administration:
• managing contracts with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• reviewing contractual terms and ensuring compliance.
• Measurement and Valuation:
• Measure and value work done on-site to prepare interim payment applications.
• prepare valuations of completed work for payment processing.
• Site Visits and Inspections:
• If need Attend site meetings and conduct site visits to monitor progress and costs.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to contract specifications and standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of contracts, correspondence, and financial reports.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and senior management.
• Collaboration:
• Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery surveyors in project decision-making.

Education : B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Diploma in Civil,

Salary Pay : ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month + BONUS
