JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum 6+ years work experience in residential apartment and commercial projects.
. Recording of M-Books, based on periodical process, co relate with drawing based Bill of Quantity
· Orientation to labour agencies on quality/speed of work
· Monitoring progress and quality on a daily basis.
. Quality of good in finishing work
· Monitoring progress on site management.
· Labour and sub contractor maintenance
. Safety practices during construction.
Language speaking - Hindi,Tamil ,English
Salary:- starts from ₹25,000 -₹40,000 per month
