JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum 2 + years work experience in handling residential apartment projects.
. Recording of M-Books, based on periodical process, corelate with drawing based Bill of Quantity
· Orientation to labour on quality/speed of work
· Monitoring progress and quality on a daily basis.
. Quality of good in finishing work
· Monitoring progress on site management.
· Labour and sub contractor maintenance
. Safety practices during construction.
. Site Order book keeping and maintenances
Language speaking - Hindi,Tamil ,English
Salary:- starts from ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month
