As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing on-site construction activities for our upcoming projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all construction work aligns with project plans and specifications, is completed on schedule and within budget, and complies with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include managing and coordinating construction projects on-site, overseeing the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors, reading and interpreting project plans and specifications, and ensuring that work is carried out accordingly. You will also be responsible for managing the construction schedule, monitoring project costs, and ensuring that work is completed within budget. Furthermore, you will need to ensure that all health and safety requirements are met, work is carried out in compliance with local laws and regulations, and detailed records of project progress are maintained. Effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and addressing any arising issues will be essential. Additionally, you will conduct quality control checks to ensure that work meets project requirements and specifications, identify potential problems, and provide solutions to ensure successful project completion. You will need to hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Diploma in Civil, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
