You’ll identify prospects, build relationships, pitch effectively, and close deals in both sectors. For Real Estate Projects: Prospect and qualify potential buyers through calls, site visits, networking, and digital campaigns. Conduct property presentations, virtual & on-site walkthroughs, and negotiations. Build and manage a pipeline of high-intent buyers and investors. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, competitor projects, and buyer needs. Drive sales closures and achieve assigned targets. For SaaS Products: Identify SMBs and agencies that need sales & marketing automation. Conduct product demos (online/offline) and explain key features/ROI benefits. Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close subscription deals. Provide feedback from clients to improve product and sales strategy. Skills & Qualifications Hunter mindset — loves prospecting & closing deals. Quick learner — can understand property specs & SaaS product features fast. Confident communicator who can sell to both individuals & business owners. Proven Sales Experience : Real estate, SaaS, or high-ticket B2B/B2C sales. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
