Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing to join our team at Houselink360 . The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, providing information about our real estate projects, and generating leads for the sales team. Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain real estate projects. Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team. Follow up with potential leads and maintain a positive relationship. Meet daily and weekly targets assigned by the management. Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market trends. Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, etc.). Ability to handle rejections and work under targets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
