React Native Mobile Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled React Native Mobile Developer with a strong background in development to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our existing (iOS & Android) applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting high-quality, user-centric mobile experiences and a proven track record of delivering successful Mobile applications.

Location:

(Onsite) Hyderabad, Telangana.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and deliver new features from design/requirements through QA and release.
• Architect and build reusable, testable React Native components and screens.
• Integrate with backend services (REST and/or GraphQL), handle offline sync and local storage.
• Design and maintain state-management solutions (Redux, Recoil, Context) and side-effect handling.
• Optimize app performance (startup time, rendering, memory), profile and fix bottlenecks.
• Implement and maintain unit, integration and E2E tests (Jest, Detox or similar).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and participate in App Store / Play Store submission and release processes.
• Debug native issues and coordinate with Android/iOS engineers when needed; write small native modules when required.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, sprint planning; mentor junior devs and help improve team practices.

Required qualifications

• 2–4 years professional mobile development experience primarily in React Native.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
• Solid experience with React Native fundamentals (navigation, styling, lifecycle, performance).
• Experience with state management (Redux/MobX/Recoil/Context) and side-effect libraries (Redux-Saga/Thunk).
• Familiarity with native platform differences (iOS vs Android), native modules, and debugging tools (Flipper, Android Studio, Xcode).
• Experience with automated testing (Jest, testing-library, Detox/E2E) and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane, App Center).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-have / Advantageous

• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play.
• Familiarity with Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java for writing or debugging native modules.
• Experience with analytics, crash reporting and feature flagging (Sentry, Crashlytics, Segment, LaunchDarkly).
• Background in performance profiling and memory leak diagnosis.
• Knowledge of GraphQL (Apollo) or advanced offline-first architectures.
• Experience maintaining, migrating, or integrating with existing native mobile apps / legacy native codebases (iOS/Android) — a strong advantage.
