React Native Mobile Developer

Oreqo is a fast-growing ERP platform revolutionizing how transport and logistics businesses manage their operations. Our web stack is built on React, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Django REST Framework, and PostgreSQL.

Role Overview -

We're looking for a skilled and driven React Native Developer who will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining our mobile apps. You will work directly with the CTO and frontend/backend teams, but own the mobile codebase end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities -

• Architect and develop scalable Android and iOS apps using React Native.
• Integrate with our existing DRF-based REST APIs securely and efficiently.
• Build reusable components and manage app-wide state using Redux Toolkit + RTK Query.
• Implement clean UI/UX aligned with business needs using React Native Paper or similar frameworks.
• Own the release process: testing, builds, and app store submissions.
• Proactively handle debugging, performance optimization, and new feature rollout.
• Ensure app security, stability, and offline reliability.
• Collaborate closely with backend and product teams to translate business needs into smooth app experiences.

Must-Have Skills -

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Solid knowledge of Redux Toolkit, React Navigation, and modern JS/TS practices.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, preferably DRF-based backends.
• Understanding of native iOS/Android capabilities and mobile architecture best practices.
• Familiarity with either Expo (preferred) or bare RN CLI.
• Experience publishing apps to the Play Store/App Store.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver independently.

Bonus Points For -

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and backend API design
• Basic native module understanding (Kotlin/Swift)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using EAS, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions
• Offline storage experience (SQLite/Realm)
• Prior work in logistics, transport, or ERP products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
