React Native Mobile Developer

About the Role:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Build and manage local storage solutions for offline access and synchronization
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and the product team to translate requirements into a robust driver-facing mobile app
• Ensure consistent performance and smooth user experience across devices and operating systems
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and handle data synchronization intelligently
• Test and debug applications for usability, performance, and device compatibility
• Participate in app lifecycle activities including deployment, updates, and support

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in mobile app development using React Native
• Experience developing

  OS-independent apps

   for both

  iOS and Android

• Solid understanding of

  local storage

   techniques (e.g., AsyncStorage, SQLite, MMKV, or other persistent storage libraries)
• Experience with React Native libraries like React Navigation, Redux/MobX, Axios, etc.
• Ability to manage data synchronization in intermittent or offline network conditions
• Good understanding of mobile UX/UI patterns and performance optimization
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on logistics, transportation, or driver-focused applications
• Familiarity with native module bridging (Swift/Java/Kotlin)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments
• Experience publishing apps on Play Store and App Store
