React Native Mobile Developer

As a React Native Developer at Oreqo, a fast-growing ERP platform specializing in transforming the operations of transport and logistics businesses, you will play a crucial role in the development, deployment, and maintenance of our mobile applications. Working closely with the CTO and both frontend and backend teams, you will take ownership of the mobile codebase from end to end. Your responsibilities will include architecting and building scalable Android and iOS apps using React Native, securely integrating with our existing DRF-based REST APIs, creating reusable components and managing app-wide state with Redux Toolkit and RTK Query, designing clean UI/UX aligned with business requirements using frameworks like React Native Paper, and overseeing the release process including testing, builds, and app store submissions. You will also be responsible for debugging, performance optimization, new feature rollout, ensuring app security, stability, and offline reliability, and collaborating with backend and product teams to provide seamless app experiences. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React Native, a strong understanding of Redux Toolkit, React Navigation, and modern JS/TS practices, experience in integrating REST APIs especially with DRF-based backends, familiarity with native iOS/Android capabilities and mobile architecture best practices, and knowledge of Expo or bare RN CLI for development. Additionally, experience in publishing apps to the Play Store/App Store, a proactive ownership mindset, and the ability to deliver independently are essential. Bonus points will be awarded for familiarity with PostgreSQL and backend API design, basic understanding of native modules such as Kotlin/Swift, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like EAS, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions, experience with offline storage solutions like SQLite/Realm, and prior involvement in logistics, transport, or ERP products.
