React Native Lead

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of React Native developers.
• Design scalable and maintainable app architecture.
• Oversee end-to-end development and deployment for Android & iOS.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams for smooth delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.
• Manage performance, debugging, and optimization across devices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of overall development experience, with at least 4+ years in React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern React patterns.
• Deep understanding of React Native internals, bridging, and native modules.
• Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Strong grasp of state management (Redux, MobX, Recoil).
• Proficiency with Android Studio, Xcode, and app store deployment.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  

Nice To Have

• Experience in leading mobile teams and Agile environments.
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Exposure to performance profiling, OTA updates (CodePush), and analytics tools.
• Understanding of scalable app architecture and modular design.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
