Job Summary: The Company Secretary & Head Legal will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal risk management for the organization. This role will oversee all secretarial functions, statutory compliance, SEBI & stock exchange regulations, and legal matters, including contract management, litigation, and corporate legal affairs. A Law degree (LLB/LLM) is mandatory. Experience: 10+ years of experience in company secretarial & legal functions, with at least 5 years in a listed company .
