About the Role:

Quick Commerce Manager


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quick commerce sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets for Mambalam Iyers products.
  • Identify new quick commerce platforms and opportunities for market expansion.


Platform Management & Onboarding:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for Mambalam Iyers products on key quick commerce platforms (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo, BigBasket Daily, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and optimised product listing, content, and imagery across all platforms.


Sales & Operations Management:

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, inventory levels, and delivery metrics on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely dispatch, and efficient inventory management.
  • Manage returns, replacements, and customer complaints related to quick commerce orders.


Advertising & Promotion:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise advertising campaigns and promotional activities on quick commerce platforms to maximise visibility and sales.
  • Analyse campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven adjustments.


Profitability & Analytics:

  • Monitor and manage the profitability of the quick commerce business, identifying areas for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
  • Generate insightful reports on quick commerce performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.


Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with quick commerce platform representatives and account managers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or quick commerce management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Proven track record of devising and executing successful quick commerce strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of quick commerce platform dynamics, algorithms, and promotional tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong skills is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
