Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator located in Chennai. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing customer service, processing orders, assisting with sales activities, and providing general administrative support. Daily tasks will include processing and tracking orders, coordinating with the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

• Excellent Customer Service skills and strong Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Order Processing. Sale order creation and operational activities
• Handling the customer support and resolving issues.
• Experience in Administrative Assistance
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in in any related fields is must.
