Job Description: Quality Manager

· Develop, implement, and maintain a QMS, ensuring it complies with relevant standards like ISO 13485.

· Ensure all processes and products adhere to regulatory requirements, support regulatory submissions, and assist during inspections.

· Lead and support internal and external audits, and ensure findings are addressed through corrective actions.

· Implement risk management principles, such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), to identify and mitigate product risks.

· Manage the CAPA process, including investigating issues and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

· Oversee quality activities at all stages of the product lifecycle, from design transfer and process validation to post-market surveillance and change control.

· Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team.

· Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment

· Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards

· Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

· Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products

· Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods

· Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train employees on quality standards and processes.

· Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct

· Monitor and analyze quality metrics, and prepare reports on performance.

· Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards

· Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
