Quality Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Incumbent for the position should be a service-oriented professional with 15 years of experience as key personnel from audit or documentation background working in Quality & Systems department.

The main goal of a process improvement executive is to improve and maintain efficient and profitable operations that also produce the highest quality of products and services.

Doing so requires knowing where to find the challenges in a process and methods of correcting them.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Management Systems Internal Auditing.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support process team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
• Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
• Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
• Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
• Auditing the department's activities on IMS compliance and reporting the findings to Management
• Direct and coordinate quality operations, policies and procedures.
• Maintain and co-ordinate all the ISO activities of the company
• Responsible for customer complaints and achieving quality goals.
• Foster a well-trained & motivated staff. You are your own HR
• Responsible for establishing and reviewing all SOP and Work Instructions.
• Schedule and conduct Quality meetings (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually)
• Responsible for the product quality control of the plant.
• Conducting in-house training and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 14+ years' of industry experience
• Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
• Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
• LEAN MANUFACTURING expertise, KANBAN, 5S Implementation experience
• PROCESS MAPING, PPAP, CONTROL PLANS, thorough with DOCUMENTATION
• Auditing of Quality, environment and Health & Safety Management Systems
