Quality Management Specialist

Your Impact:

As Quality Management Specialist, you will champion the implementation and continual advancement of our QMS as per IATF 16949 & ISO 9001:2016. You’ll drive process improvement, facilitate audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products renowned for performance and sustainability.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Industrial preferred)
• Minimum 7 years’ hands-on QMS experience in automotive/manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Certified Internal Auditor (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
• Outstanding communication, documentation, and audit skills

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead QMS implementation, maintenance, and improvement
• Act as Management Representative for all audits
• Ensure compliance with global quality standards
• Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis & corrective actions
• Conduct and coordinate audits (internal, supplier, process)
• Spearhead risk management and continual improvement
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Supply Chain & Customer Service teams
• Train and mentor employees on quality standards and tools
• Support management in achieving quality objectives and customer satisfaction
